Major Duties:
Management support tasks:
Working directly with Health System Administrator and/or Chief Executive officer for fully participating in top management discussions, decisions and policy making. Administrative tasks:
Overall supervisory responsibility for the planning, development, organization, integration and evaluation of the administrative and support services for the facility; Facilities Management, Financial Management, Environmental Services, Property and Supply, Security and Administrative Services include the following departments:
Purchase Referred Care, Patient Business Office, Health Information Management Services and Information Technology Services. Personnel Administrative tasks:
Develops and implements internal program plans and procedures to ensure that subordinate supervisors implement the provisions of several of agency requirements. Incumbent Administrative Officer is responsible to maintain an equal opportunity work environment and ensure mandatory trainings are completed. Special tasks/Assignments:
Maintains awareness of available resources and advises higher management official to the distribution of these resources. Telehealth coordinator and responsible for organization structures and management systems for the administrative and other health services managed and contribute to the development of structures and systems for the overall health care delivery system. Undergraduate and/or graduate education with a major study in hospital administration, public health education, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration. And/Or Progressively responsible analytical or administrative, or clinical management or supervisory experience in the health care field. This work may have been performed in an operating health care facility or a higher organizational echelon with advisory or directional authority over such facilities. Work must have involved a close working relationship with facility managers and analysis and/or coordination of administrative , clinical, or other service activities, and provided knowledge of the following ; Missions, organizations, programs, and requirements of health care delivery systems; Regulations and standards of various regulatory and credentialing groups; and Government- wide agency, and facility systems and requirements in various administrative areas such as budget, personnel, and procurement. In addition, I also possess management ability to delegate authority, evaluate and oversee people and programs, recognize and adapt to changing priorities; and knowledge of the interrelationships and interdependencies among various medical and administrative services and programs. In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS GS-0670-13:
(1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
Participating in top management discussions, decisions, and policy making; analyzing internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations; and implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or department problems. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements:
Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
